Dispute Settlement

The Dispute Settlement Centre is not a court or tribunal. It is there to help people resolve disputes themselves. It is used to dealing with disputes between neighbours relating to fences, trees, noise, town planning and parking. Body Corporates

Approximately 750,000 Victorians, either as unit owners or occupiers, are members of a body corporate or live in a property run by a body corporate.
