Printed copies of the plan can be obtained at any of the Council offices located at:

  • St Kilda Town Hall - Corner of Carlisle Street and Brighton Road, St Kilda,
  • Port Melbourne Town Hall -  Bay Street, Port Melbourne and
  • 222 Bank Street, South Melbourne. Office hours are generally 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
