Community Grants Program 2008/2009

 

The City of Port Phillip encourages applications to the Community Grants Scheme from not for profit community groups.  The Scheme aims to strengthen local communities through supporting a range of initiatives that enhance the health and well being of the Port Phillip community.

Applications

Applications to the Community Grants Scheme are now closed for the 2008/2009 financial year.  The Scheme will reopen and be accepting applications from late February 2009. 

Assessment Panel

Successful applicants
