Certificate of Compliance

Any person may apply to the responsible authority for a Certificate of Compliance pursuant to Part 4A of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

A Certificate of Compliance certifies that a planning permit is NOT required under the Planning Scheme in relation to either an existing use or development (Form 14) or a proposed use or development (Form 15).
 

To Apply for the Certificate of Compliance

Please fill out the  Application form for Certificate of Compliance and return (with a cheque for $147.00 payable to The City of Port Phillip).
