The draft Carlisle Street UDF has been prepared as a companion document to the Structure Plan. It comprises urban design principles, objectives and guidelines that together will ensure that future development within the activity centre supports desired land use change while respecting the existing and valued character of the area.
Detailed design parameters are provided for individual precincts and some key sites, including:
- A Preferred Future Character Statement
- Design Objectives
- Design Requirements (including height limits and setback requirements).
