You can submit a query online - just complete the Online reference form. We aim to answer your queries in two working days. This online service is for brief answers to simple reference queries. If you have an urgent or detailed question please visit or telephone one of the branches of the Port Phillip Library Service.

Library staff are trained to help you locate the information you need. We also have a range of reference material for use within the library. This includes items such as encyclopedias, directories and specialised subject guides.
