Council Plan 2009-2013 Year Two Review and Budget 2010-2011

Amended Key Strategic Activities

On the 23 May 2011, Council approved amended Key Strategic Activity Indicators (KSAs) for the remainder of the 2010/2011 period.  These amendments are based on the recommendations of the Victorian Auditor Generals Office (VAGO) audit of the 2009/10 Annual Report and an internal examination of the indicators.

Amended KSAs as per Council Resolution 23 May 2011 

The Council Plan 2009-2013 Year Two Review (including Strategic Resource Plan) and 2010-11 Budget has been adopted by Council at an Ordinary Meeting on June 28, 2010. You can download a copy of the Council Plan 2009-2013 Year Two Review (including SRP) and 2010-2011 Budget or request a copy by emailing councilplanfeedback@portphillip.vic.gov.au or calling ASSIST on 03 9209 6777.

Council Plan 2009-2013 Year One and Budget 2009/2010

Council adopted the 2009-2013 Council Plan and 2009/2010 Budget at Special Meeting of Council - 29 June 2009.   Informed by community feedback, the Council Plan 2009-2013 outlines Council's strategic directions and strategies for the four year period of the plan.  Designed to be a 'living' document it is reviewed annually by Council and the community as part of the annual planning and budgeting cycle.

The Strategic Resource Plan explains how the council will allocate its financial and non-financial resources to deliver the Council Plan and all Council services, for the next four years.

The Annual Budget outlines how Council will deliver the objectives of the Council Plan.
