2008/2009 Council Plan

What is the Council Plan?

The Council Plan lists the council's goals, objectives, strategies and indicators for the next year. 

It also includes a summary of the Strategic Resource Plan, the current financial year's initiatives and Key Strategic Activities in the Annual Focus Section.

What is the Strategic Resource Plan?

The Strategic Resource Plan explains how the council will allocate its financial and non-financial resources to deliver the Council Plan and all council services, for the next five years.
