The Current Council Plan
The Port Phillip Council adopted the 2007/2008 Council Plan (Year 3 of the 2005-2009 Council Plan), 2008/2012 Strategic Resource Plan and 2007/2008 Budget on the 18th June 2007.
These important documents set the council's direction for the future and detailed how the council will fund its service delivery and capital program over 2007/2008.

The Plan explains how the council will allocate its financial and non-financial resources to deliver the Council Plan and all council services, for the next five years.

The budget details how the council will fund its service delivery (approximately 50 services) and capital works program over the next financial year.
